LeeAnn Goheen
LeeAnn Goheen is a partner at FFG Group, advising clients on legislative, regulatory, and political issues in the retail fuel, distribution, and transportation energy sectors. She has over a decade of experience representing NATSO, SIGMA, and the broader fuels community in Washington, D.C.

Jake Olson
Jake Olson is the Executive Director of Public Policy and Government Affairs at RaceTrac, Inc. where he leads strategic government affairs initiatives and public policy engagement for one of the nation’s leading convenience retailers. ​With over a decade of experience in legislative strategy and political operations, Jake brings a deep understanding of policy making and advocacy to his role, ensuring RaceTrac’s voice is effectively represented in regulatory and legislative arenas.

 Prior to joining RaceTrac, Jake served as Chief of Staff to Congresswoman Beth Van Duyne (TX-24), where he managed all aspects of the congressional office and guided legislative priorities. He also held senior roles on Capitol Hill, including Republican Staff Director for the Select Committee on the Modernization of Congress and Chief of Staff to Congressman David Young (IA-03). Earlier in his career, Jake served in policy and communications positions for members of Congress from Hawaii, Kentucky, and Minnesota. Jake graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Political Science.

Kevin Paul Scott
Kevin Paul Scott is an author, leadership expert, and the co-founder of ADDO, a leadership consultancy. ADDO has developed the national Chick-fil-A Leader Academy, Coca-Cola Leader Lab, and the Baltimore Ravens Leadership Institute. He speaks and consults organizations and their leaders, focusing on inspiring brand loyalty in customers and employees.

Tiffany Fraley

Tiffany Fraley began her career at Dollar General Corporation in the company’s real estate department before moving to Chicago. After 20 years in commercial real estate brokerage and property management, she became the COO of Incommercial Inc, where she built out the company’s corporate operations and processes.

In early 2024, Tiffany became the CEO of a gas station and convenience store operations company, InConvenience Inc. Never one to back down from a challenge, especially one with the opportunity to create meaningful change, she and a team of ambitious, tenacious women are not only creating a new brand but also building a culture of convenience with conviction from the ground up.

Nicole Majkowicz
Nicole Majkowicz is our take-no-prisoners Facilities & Fuel Director. With over 15 years of experience in property management, customer service, staff development, and retail operations, she pairs deep operational instincts with an eagerness to learn. Nicole has embraced the convenience and fuel industry with speed and authenticity, earning trust through transparency, follow-through, and a boots-on-the-ground approach.

 8:50am – 9:20am – Rich Rizzo – PMI U.S. 
Rich Rizzo​
Rich Rizzo is the Director of Shopper Insights at PMI U.S., where he manages a team that looks at nicotine category trends on behalf of the company and its retailer and wholesale partners.

Prior to PMI U.S., he worked at Walgreens Boots where he helped the company understand global smoking cessation trends, and managed a department that translated Walgreens loyalty into CPG and Pharmaceutical companies better understand the Walgreens shopper.

9:25am - 9:50am - Denton Cinquegrana, OPIS
Denton Cinquegrana  
Chief Oil Analyst, OPIS, A Dow Jones Company  

For more than two decades with OPIS, Denton has covered nearly all markets that OPIS has price discovery for. Denton’s expertise lies in futures, spot, rack and retail markets and the logistics along the entire supply chain from refining assets and the marketing of products to the wholesale terminal and retail outlets.

Denton is often called upon by major media outlets as an expert on the oil and refined products supply chain and prices. Denton has made appearances on CNN, CNBC and Fox Business as well as various radio stations and in print media. Denton has also spoken at several conferences with topics ranging from market direction and forecast to how to buy fuels smarter to spot market methodology. Denton is a graduate of Rutgers University with a degree in journalism and mass media. Denton was also a Rutgers Football Letterwinner.  

​9:55am - 10:25am, Dr. Larry Grays, ELP Consulting
Dr. Larry Grays
Dr. Larry Grays is an accomplished writer, speaker, and leadership consultant with proven experience in the retail, grocery, and convenience store industry ecosystems. His expertise focuses on driving organizational growth by developing high-performing leaders. Dr. Grays is the founder of EPL Consulting, established in 2022, which exists to Grow Organizations by Growing their Leaders. ​

Dr. Larry Grays
​  He has worked to inspire and develop leaders across. With a postgraduate degree in communications, Dr. Grays brings a grounded, strategic, and immediately applicable approach to leadership development. Dr. Grays and his wife, Lori, reside in Canton, GA, where they are passionate about raising their children. When not consulting, they enjoy pickleball and hiking.  

Kevin Perry – Georgia Beverage Association
Kevin Perry is the President  of the Georgia Beverage Association in Atlanta, Georgia. Kevin is responsible for maintaining the non-alcoholic, refreshing beverage industry’s internal and external communications programs, and works to promote good relations with GeorgiaBev’s members, governmental officials, business organizations, local and state news media, and community organizations.

Kevin serves in three primary capacities: beverage industry lobbyist, public relations strategist, and association manager. Kevin also serves on the Board of the following organizations: Georgia Chamber of Commerce; Georgia Recycling Coalition; Keep Georgia Beautiful Foundation; and the Piedmont Heights Civic Association. He is a graduate of the Class of 2014 Institute for Georgia Environmental Leaders and a current Leadership Georgia participant.

Legislative & Regulatory

Kevin Tanner – Commissioner of the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities

Kevin Tanner is the Commissioner of the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities, which has an operating budget of $1.6 billion and 4,500 employees statewide. Commissioner Tanner has more than 35 years in public service.

This includes serving as county manager of Forsyth County and four terms as a State Representative for District 9. Commissioner Tanner spent his undergrad at North Georgia College and State University and holds a Master of Public Administration from Columbus State University.

Senators

Senator John Albers, a Republican, has served in the Georgia State Senate since 2011. He represents Senate District 56, which includes portions of Cherokee, Cobb and Fulton counties. Georgia’s 56th Senate District. Sen. Albers serves as Chairman of the Senate Committee on Public Safety and Vice Chairman of the Senate Committee on Finance. He is also a member of the Senate Committees on Appropriations, Rules, and Urban Affairs, and he is an Ex-Officio member of the Senate Committees on Government Oversight and Regulated Industries and Utilities.

Senator Harold Jones, II, a Democrat, was elected to the Georgia Senate in 2014. He represents the 22nd Senate District, which includes portions of Richmond County. In 2004, Sen. Jones made history as the first African American elected Solicitor General for Richmond County, earning endorsements from the Augusta Chronicle, Augusta Focus, and Metro Courier. He was re-elected in 2008. As Solicitor General, he focused on prosecuting misdemeanor crimes, advocating for victims, and upholding policies rooted in fairness and equality for all parties involved.

Senator Harold Jones, II
 Sen. Jones was elected to serve as Senate Democratic Leader in 2024. He also serves as an Ex-Officio member on the Senate Committees on Rules and Ethics and as a member of the Senate Committees on Administrative Affairs, Judiciary, Public Safety, Reapportionment and Redistricting, Regulated Industries and Utilities, and Higher Education.

Senator Larry Walker, III, a Republican, has served in the Georgia State Senate since 2015. He represents Senate District 20, which includes Bleckley, Dodge, Dooly, Laurens, Treutlen, Pulaski, and Wilcox counties, as well as a majority of Houston County. Georgia’s 20th Senate District. Sen. Walker previously served as Senate Majority Caucus Secretary, Chairman of the Senate Committee on Insurance and Labor. In January 2026, he was elected by his peers to serve as the Senate Pro Tempore.

 In addition to this new role, Walker also serves on nine Senate committees.

House of Representatives

Doreen Carter was elected to serve in November 2015 as the State Representative of House District 92, which includes Rockdale County and the southern-most part of DeKalb County, including a portion of the city of Stonecrest. She is a member of the following House committees: Agriculture & Consumer Affairs, Code Revision, Economic Development & Tourism, Education, and Small Business Development.

Doreen Carter
 Additionally, Carter was elected by her peers to serve as treasurer of the Georgia Legislative Black Caucus.  In 2014, she won the Democratic nomination for Georgia’s Secretary of State, where she received over one million votes in the general election. Additionally, Carter was elected to the Lithonia City Council in 2007 and served for four years. Carter is an accountant by trade and owns a financial education company. She is a widow and resides in Lithonia, Georgia, with her three sons.

Robert Dickey is currently serving his sixth term in the Georgia House of Representatives for District 134, which includes Crawford and Upson counties, as well as portions of Lamar and Peach counties. He was first elected to the House of Representatives in 2011 and currently serves as Chairman of the Agriculture & Consumer Affairs Committee.

He also serves on the Appropriations, Appropriations Subcommittee on Education, Banks & Banking, Energy, Utilities & Telecommunications, Higher Education, Natural Resources & Environment, and Ways & Means committees, as well as the Special Committee on Resource Management. A fourth-generation peach and timber grower, Rep. Dickey, along with his wife and son, owns Dickey Farms, Inc., which was started by his great-grandfather in 1897. ​​

Demetrius Douglas was first elected to the Georgia House of Representatives in July 2012.  He represents the citizens of House District 78, which includes parts of Clayton and Henry counties, specifically, the Jonesboro, Lake Spivey, Lovejoy, and Stockbridge areas. Demetrius attended the University of Georgia, where he was a Defensive Linebacker under legendary coach Vince Dooley.

While at UGA, he received All-American honors in football. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Education and a minor in marketing. Following his graduation from UGA, he played for the New York Jets, Washington Redskins, and the Calgary Stampeders.  Douglas was recently inducted into the UGA Football Hall of Fame. After retiring from professional football, Demetrius entered the finance profession as a mortgage broker and later the real estate profession. He and his wife, Veda, have been married since 1998 and reside in Henry County with their two daughters.

Alan Powell was elected to the Georgia House of Representatives in 1990 and has served as chairman of the Motor Vehicles and Public Safety & Homeland Security committees. He currently serves as the chairman of the Regulated Industries Committee and is a standing member of the Appropriations Subcommittee on Public Safety, Governmental Affairs, Motor Vehicles, Public Safety and Homeland Security, Rules, and Transportation committees.

Alan Powell
In July 2023, Speaker Jon Burns appointed him to serve on the Medical Cannabis Commission Oversight Committee, where he continues to serve. He is the State Representative for House District 33, which covers Franklin and Hart counties and a portion of Madison County. He is a lifelong resident of Hartwell and resides on the shores of Lake Hartwell, and is the owner of Red Clay Properties.
