At this year’s GACS Convention, we were proud to present State Senator John F. Kennedy with the 2025 Legislative Store Front Award. This honor recognizes a legislator whose impact reaches far beyond the chamber halls and Senator Kennedy embodies that standard in every way.

Throughout his legislative career, he has remained composed in the face of challenge and undistracted by discord, leading with integrity and strength.

This year, he championed lawsuit abuse reform legislation, an effort that stands as a testament to his dedication and expertise. He worked tirelessly, always listening, always learning, and always finding the right words at the right time to move meaningful policy forward.
It is rare to witness such a unique combination of wisdom, humility, and steady resolve. Senator Kennedy’s sharp wit has brought clarity and levity to tense moments, and his unwavering commitment to justice has left a lasting impression on all who work with him.
