The UST Training Program
Can You Dig It?

The Georgia Underground Storage Tank Class A/B Operator Training Program is now 100% online. Additionally, it meets the state and federal requirements for UST operator training and is offered through GACS’ in-house designed and built learning system. This course is available on demand, 24/7 and is accessible from any internet-connected computer, tablet, or phone.

Facts that make this course unique:
  1. Guaranteed 100% pass rate for every student
  2. Each short lesson has a quizlet
  3. 90 days from registration date to complete the course
  4. Stop & start at your leisure, available on demand
  5. Training valid for 84 months
  6. Uniquely numbered certificate provided to student upon completion of course
  7. Georgia EDP-approved training program
  8. Discounted fee for GACS members

The GACS training course content is divided into 19 very short lessons. Each lesson utilizes text, images, narration, and closed captioning that provides a multi-faceted learning experience for diverse learning styles. Each lesson is followed by a quizlet. The quizlet must be completed before advancing to the next lesson.  GACS recommends completing a whole lesson and the quizlet prior to pausing the training to return later.

Students can complete the entire course in a single session or take the course in segments. The training may be stopped and restarted, allowing for maximum schedule flexibility. There is, however, a 60 and 90-day time restriction on the course. After registering, students will receive an email from TRIKE TRAINING and will have 60 days to log in. After 60 days, students will need to request a new log in. After a student logs into TRIKE, they will have 90 days to complete the training program. After the 90-day expiration, students will have to re-purchase the online training.

Once the training and quizlets are complete, the student will receive a uniquely numbered certificate that will be valid for 84 months (7 years) and will satisfy the Georgia Underground Storage Tank Training Requirements.

Registration for this online training is $150 per person who is employed by a company that is not a GACS member, $125 for any person employed by a GACS member (membership begins at $350 per year per company). Each person must register separately, and they will receive a link to complete the course.  Once complete, they will also receive as required by Georgia EPD a uniquely numbered certificate.

Participants can register and pay online to immediately receive the training link.  For participants who need to pay by check, the registration link will be emailed upon receipt of payment.
