P
arker's Kitchen, of Savannah, Ga., has opened its 100th store in Summerville,
S.C., as part of an aggressive building campaign, Ted Sadowski III, the
company's senior vice president, said in a social media post last week.

"This is our fourth new store of the year and our 100th retail location,"
Sadowski said. "But we're not stopping here. The company is committed to
doubling this number in the next four to five years."

Parker's, which has been included on the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing
private companies in the U.S. seven times, closed last year on a $900 million
syndicated credit facility in November.

Parker's last month announced strategic leadership changes, naming Brandon
Hofmann as chief executive and John Rudolfs as president and chief financial
officer. The two report to company founder Greg Parker, who transitioned to
executive chairman after serving as chief executive for 50 years.

Hofmann, who formerly served as president, is the "architect" behind the
Parker's chain's expansion plans, strategic marketing campaigns and labor
initiatives, the company said.

He and Parker created the Parker's Kitchen brand, which focuses on from-scratch Southern food, a standardized store layout and a template for growth.

Rudolfs, who previously was chief development officer, created standards for
construction and a template for site selection. He is responsible for adding 29
stores to the Parker's Kitchen portfolio over the last four years.

Parker's, with stores across Georgia and South Carolina, plans to expand to
Jacksonville, Fla., Columbia, S.C., and Myrtle Beach, S.C., the company said in
announcing the personnel moves.

Parker's Kitchen was one of the fastest-growing fuel retail chains of brands
with 50 or more sites in the OPIS report Significant Station Count Changes in
2024.

On April 23, 2025, Parker’s Kitchen hosted a 100th store community-wide celebration in Savannah, featuring giveaways, photos with Chewy, and more.   The event included an appearance by the Red Bull truck with a live DJ booth.  Top brands including Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Frito-Lay, Red Bull, Monster, Southern Crown and Celsius offered free samples.  Executive Chairman and founder Greg Parker, along with CEO Brandon Hofmann, shared stories about the company’s founding and journey. Brandon Hofmann  in particular recognized the leadership team behind the 100th store, including District Leader Robert Ely, Store Manager Raechel Jones, and Kitchen Manager Neal Chamberlain.

During his remarks,  Greg Parker said, “It took us 50 years to build 100 stores, but we’re planning to open 100 more stores over the next 4-5 years.   That’s a big goal, but it’s one we’re pretty excited about.”  He continued, I think we’re experiencing the fastest organic growth in the history of the convenience industry.  I’m here to tell you this:  we couldn’t do it without you.  The support of our customers has always been the key to our success.”

Parker also spoke about the ways Parker’s Kitchen gives back to the communities it serves, pointing out that the company has donated more than $30 million to causes over the past six years, focusing on the areas of education, healthcare, hunger and heroes.  Parker announced, “From now through July 6, we’re encouraging customers at ALL Parker’s Kitchen locations to round-up their transactions to help injured local veterans through our special partnership with Wounded Warrior Project.  Parker’s Kitchen will match 25% of EVERY customer donation to amplify the impact and to help support veterans right here in our community.”
