I am grateful to be surrounded by an outstanding group of industry leaders whose experience, dedication, and support strengthen our work and widen our impact. Leadership isn’t defined by titles, but by responsibility and commitment. It is reflected in how we collaborate, respond to challenges, and remain focused on what matters most. Effective leadership requires clear direction, sound judgment, and consistent focus on our mission. Each member of GACS brings valuable insight and perspective, and when we are aligned, trust grows, conversations are productive, and progress continues. Looking ahead, I remain committed to leadership that is practical, service-driven, and rooted in our values.
