By sponsoring a scholarship, any designated GACS member can win your scholarship. While piggybacking a scholarship means that ONLY your company's employees or children of your employees can win your designated scholarship.
Either way, you can select the amount (minimum $1,000) and name(s) of the awards and customize the criteria.
